My name is Jacob.  My favorite place is the Movie Theater.  It is my favorite place because I go with my family and we have a good time together.  My favorite movies are action movies.  I like them because they are exciting.  I hope you like movies too.

Dear Boys and Girls,

My name is Mrs. Richardson.  My students will be sharing their experiences with Rainbow this year.  The students who shared with you last year have moved on to second grade and have different teachers.

We would like to thank you for sending us a new friend for Rainbow.  We also want to thank you for the special treats.  We will be sending some to you very soon.

I would like to tell you a little about our classroom.  We have manny live animals in our room.  We learn all about the animals and how to take care of them.  I hope you enjoy the pictures.
